1. Check-in time is from 12.00 PM and Check-out time is until 11.00 AM. 

2. Original ID Proof must be shown at the time of Check-In.

3. Full payment before Check out.

4. Guests are requested not to take any hotel articles (towel, remote, etc.), items missing will be charged. Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Swapno Nibash Homestay caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible. Charges for damaged articles will be at the discretion of the management and must be settled before check-out.

5. Swapno Nibash Homestay Authority is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms. Loss of room keys will be charged for lock replacement.

6. Guests are not allowed to use any heavy electrical appliances; make any loud noise or music in their rooms which might disturb other guests; or smoke inside rooms. Any immoral, unsocial and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

7. Regardless of charge instructions, the guest is personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by them during their stay at Swapno Nibash Homestay.

8. The advance is not refundable in case of booking cancellations from the guest's end.
